HR Recruiter and Coordinator (m/w/d)
* NO TWO DAYS ARE THE SAME:
- You act as connector and sparring partner to our HR at Switzerland in the fields of local Recruiting, HR Marketing and Training & Education at Vietnam, meaning you develop strategies in these fields on your own as well as you translate some of the strategies of our HR headquarter to the Vietnamesian market
- Recruiting: You develop target group-specific active sourcing strategies and implement them e.g. on social networks. You select the candidates and are responsible for the job interviews together with the corresponding special departments. After finalizing the working contract, you ensure the candidate journey and onboarding process in a professional manner
HR-Marketing: You develop our Talent Acquisition at Vietnam, e.g. by establishing university marketing, updating our Career Website for Vietnam, representing our company
- Training & Education: you develop and establish university and trainee programmes
- You are the contact person for our expats in Vietnam (about 100 employees) and work closely together with our international HR at our headquarter in Switzerland in this matter, so you participate in staff appraisals and follow-ups.* YOUR SKILLS FOR SUCCESS:
- You have studied Business Administration with focus on HR and have already gained relevant experience in HR
- You are fluent in Vietnamese language and culture in order to know how and where to attract potential talents locally as well as fluent in Englisch to ensure a smooth communication with our HR at headquarter and to our expats (ability to understand / speak German is a plus)
- You have a hands-on, solution orientated and assertive mentality and you are able to structure yourself and set priorities
