Job Purpose

The primary role of the Inspection and Quality Control Specialist is to ensure the quality of materials procured by the purchasing team for FOB shipments. The specialist will be responsible for inspecting goods to confirm compliance with the quality inspection standards and reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections of goods' quality based on the procurement team’s plan.
• Report directly to the Quality Management team on inspection outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with the company's quality management system requirements.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to maintain and enhance product quality and standards.
• Supervise the loading of shipments from supplier factories to the bonded warehouse.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Minimum high school diploma; experience in QA/QC within the manufacturing or cashew industry is a plus.
• Preferred Skills (not mandatory):
  • Basic English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong qualities like patience, honesty, and teamwork.
• Flexibility to travel for work, including regular inspection trips.
• Male candidates are preferred for this role.
• Candidates residing in Binh Phuoc are prioritized (expected to attend the office once a week on Saturdays or as required).
