* GENERAL JOB FUNCTION:
- The Area Sales Lead is the driving force internally for Sales & Products development and connecting the dots of the Market/ Customer needs with Scancom resources, capabilities & potential.
- Working under Areas Sales Manager to achieve the groups targets.
* RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES & AUTHORITIES:
Main responsibility:
- Prepare and participate both external customer meetings in Vietnam and internal meetings with necessary company functional teams to perform duties and support business development
- Support to plan and develop business strategies that overlap between customers’ expectations and company’s objectives together.
- Potential to Lead Small – Medium customer accounts under the support of GMS members
- Work with GMS members to identify new areas of business and growing current customers aligned with the strategic business plan.
- Analyze sales figures, customers assortment and market trends to anticipate product needs and pricing positioning.
- Prepare and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with necessary company functional teams to perform duties and support business development
- Collaborate with Product Management (PM), Technical, PPD,… teams for Product development.
- Collaborate with PM, Product Sales Assistant for Customer collection proposal and Quotation.
- Understand business scenarios & capture opportunity to drive and connect different team functions to accomplish the given tasks/ target with Speed & Accuracy
- Build constructive partner relationships by optimizing quality of service, and customer satisfaction.
- Plan and prioritize personal activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed forecast / budget and business aims, including costs and sales - especially managing personal productivity, and Timeline for each customer/ prospect.
- Monitor orders movement and consider necessary actions toward any changes/ shifting from agreed budget/ shipping curve.
- Assign daily tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise with eliminating blockers.
