- Responsible for the outlet's profitability and operation in accordance Resort standards.

- Responsible for maximizing guest delight within the outlet.

- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock to avoid shortages or overstocking.

- Implement and uphold service standards, ensuring consistency and excellence in every guest interaction.

- Collaborate with other departments to optimize operations and enhance the guest experience.
