Working Location: 16 Floor, Detech Tower II, 107 D. Nguyen Phong Sac, Dich Vong Hau, Cau Giay, Hanoi

Working Hour: Mondays - Fridays (8.30 - 17.30)

Responsibilities

1. PRODUCT ANALYSIS

• Monthly / Weekly collect and prepare Product Sales Performance analysis
• Monthly / Weekly collect and prepare Product Mapping (Competitor, product portfolio, price)
• Update product knowledge, new model launching for sales team.

Support to train products for the sales team

2. SUPPORT INTERNAL PGH

• Weekly OPSI, tracking sales, stock, sell-through, sell-out (EW), display program.
• Issue & follow-up Permission Note (PN, AN),
• Support LSR tasks, biz trip settlement, monthly KPI calculation
• Support to settle the promotional programs.

All of other related tasks assigned by Line Manager

Qualifications

1. Education background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Economics or related majors.

2. Working experience:

• At least 1-3 years of working experience in Product Management/ Sales Admin or related position 
• Having experience in Home Appliance/ Consumer Electronics product is preferred

3. Skills:

• Proficiency in English and/or Chinese
• Excellence in Microsoft Office & Data Analysis skills
• Strong communication & Critical thinking

4. Others:

• Details-oriented
