This team will fulfill orders from our North American headquarters for rendering projects and other visualization services.

This team will fulfill orders from our North American headquarters for rendering projects and other visualization services.
Job Responsibilities
A Studio General Manager will in charge the following responsibilities:
- Managing a team of 5 highly skilled interior designers.
- Ensure design deliverables, all services and outputs must be standardized according to the group brand vision, with operations run in an organized and efficient manner.
- Systems should be created for scalable rendering project management.
- Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery.
- Develop and implement design strategies.
- Assist in strategies to ensure the overall success of projects, including being on time, on budget, and to an exceptional level of design, operational, or member-experience quality.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role with the 3D rendering industry, prefer real estate and interior design rendering.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in team management
- Proficiency in key tools such as Photoshop, 3DS Max, Blender, REVIT, Sketch up,... and other relevant software is a must.
- Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, organized, efficient team player with a can-do positive attitude, and time management skills
- English Communication
- A manager who already has a team of 5 designers is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in interior design or related field from an accredited university
