Play an important role in multiple high-impact projects for the Delivery Experience; projects range in the range of scope, involving daily Logistics planning operations:
Play an important role in multiple high-impact projects for the Delivery Experience; projects range in the range of scope, involving daily Logistics planning operations:
- Collect and review analyze data to scope out gaps and opportunities
- Develop project plans and schedule
- Coordinate implementation, drive action across different teams
- Track results escalate issues
- Present the project narrative
- Learn the business; engage with other teams and verticals
- Be responsible for DX (Delivery Experience) metrics and proposing initiatives to improve those metrics
- Monitor KPI on a daily basis and ensure all data is updated. Collaborate with BI team and other cross functional teams to troubleshoot if there’s any data gap
- Deep dive and identify the root cause of the metrics gap and propose improvement solutions
- Proactively manage improvement projects with coaching from the line manager. Ensure that project is on track
- 2+ years of working experience, preferably in supply chain operations
- Strong critical thinking, data analysis, and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated willingness to take ownership of responsibilities
