This role is responsible for transforming business objectives into action plan for branding & marketing & customers' experience at point of sales

1. Branding & MKT Plan

• Develop Brand & MKT plans from market segmentation to brand key vision & lead marketing initiatives to achieve business targets.

• Lead market & customers' insight into research, including e-commerce deployment

• Transform customers' insight into action plans utilizing latest technological advances to deploy on muti-media channels (website, Facebook, TikTok...)

• Budget allocated & optimize

2. Customer experience & trade activities

• Lead business development to explore potential business opportunities while enhancing current customer retention

• Lead trade activities in collaboration with sales team to transform channel intelligent into action plans that enhance customers' experience & revenue

3. Analyse, tracking & optimization

• Analyze MKT & Trade investment & business outcome to optimize overtime

• Analyze market research & business data to foresee market opportunities

4. Recruitment, Training & Team Development

• Build an engaged, compliant, and collaborative team.

• Train and develop the team to enhance performance and capabilities.

5. Reporting

• Prepare and submit all required reports on time.

• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration/ International Business.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role such as Marketing Head/ Senior Manager at cosmetics/ FMCG segment.

• Strategic planning and data-driven analysis

• High sense of responsibility, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure.

•  Strong organizational and leadership

•  Ability to motivate and inspire team members.

• Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 18:00
