Mô tả công việc
• Drive the overall operations of the resort and ensure achievement of revenue targets and business objectives.
• Analyze guest satisfaction trends and service issues, taking action for continuous improvement.
• Execute strategic initiatives as aligned with the General Manager’s business plan.
• Oversee operational excellence by coordinating with Department Heads and delegating responsibilities as appropriate.
• Monitor resort performance in areas such as profitability, guest experience, staffing, and service quality.
DUTIED AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Delegates to other members of the management team and Department Heads in the interest of improving standards of service, the profitability of the Resort and the general working environment of all members of staff.
2. Ensures the effective and efficient implementation of all policies and procedures throughout the Resort
3. Reinforces the attainment of Resort profit and operation objectives, and ensures the efficient running of the operations.
4. Monitors quality of products and services together with Heads of Department in consultation with the General Manager.
5. Assists in interviewing/recruiting management of the Resort as assigned by the General Manger.
6. Ensures that all Heads of Department are performing their duties in accordance with policies and procedures.
7. Supports in training and staff engagement activities arranged by Human Resources Department, including guest’s activities arranged by operations departments.
8. Ensures staffing levels are maintained as per manning guide.
9. Constantly strives to improve productivity, efficiency and courtesy of all staff to meet or exceed guest’s expectation.
10. Monitors all activities, follows up trends of business which affect the Resort’s occupancy, and food & beverage business.
11. Welcomes VIPs personally or on behalf of the General Manager.
12. Maintains a high profile throughout the Resort in front and back of house areas, including reviewing logbooks daily, setting up complimentary rooms and transportation, and monitoring cleanliness in all areas, Resort costs, rooms status, forecasts, no shows and over booking.
13. Facilitates activities as discussed in the operations meetings to ensure the smooth running of the Resort.
14. Maintains level of confidentiality and to make sure that none of confidential matter will be disclosed. The Resort requires that no confidential information concerning the Resort or the company be divulged without prior consent.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Vietnamese national or expatriate with extensive Vietnam hospitality experience.
- Proven 5-year experience in large-scale resort operations (minimum 1,000 rooms).
- Deep understanding of rooms division and revenue management.
- Proficiency in hotel systems: PMS, RMS, Opera, etc.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus
