1. HR Communication
• Promote knowledge and common understanding of the company code of conduct.
• Maintain knowledge of government regulations and keep employees and management updated of labors laws and related regulations changes.
• Ensure employee communication and announcement of HR policies to be delivered on time.
• Promote internal communication to strengthen employee engagement.
2. Employee Engagement:
• Plan and execute ER activities and events such as sports, recreation, Year-end Party, company trip, birthday, woman’s day, family day, etc.
• Facilitates Employee Survey, analyze data, and recommend actions to improve employee satisfaction.
3. Compliance:
• Ensure compliance for all operations regarding personnel practices, policy and employment laws.
• Assist HR Manager in conducting internal audit to ensure compliance
• Provide legal consultancy on labor issues and responsible for timely inform to HR Manager and Department Heads employee relation matters.
4. Disciplinary:
• Assist HR Manager in handling disciplinary cases by conducting investigation, collecting documents, preparing warning letters, minutes meeting in compliance with Labor Law and company policy.
• Consult with leadership and corporate legal on disciplinary and termination decisions.
• Assist HR Manager in handling Employee Grievance.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Business administration, or related field.
• 3 - 5 years experiences in Employee Relations in factory/manufacturing is preferable
• Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective English/ Chinese and Vietnamese communication skills (both written and verbal).
