● Collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring needs; enhance procedures and policies to align with the company's growth;
● Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth, helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating planning;
● Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture
ensuring team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met;
● Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing;
● Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, etc.);
● Monitor performance by tracking and establishing corrective measures as needed, and
prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting;
● Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and
regulations;
● Maintain and build trusted relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and
stakeholders;
● Other duties as assigned by the CEO.
JOB REQUIREMENT
● Bachelor‘s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Foreign Trade;
● At least 5 years of experience;
● Meticulous, thoughtful, proactive at work;
● Experience in quality management and process assessment
● Good common sense, subtle ingenuity, good observation and problem-solving skills, flexible
and result-oriented;
● Strong ability to analyze data, situations, use charts (SWOT, PESTLE...) in business;
● Willing to follow up with employees and make sure their tasks are handled smoothly;
● Be able to diagnose and solve problems quickly and have foresight into potential issues;
● Confidence in communication and has good opinions and presentation skills;
● Professional verbal and written communication skills in English (equivalent to IELTS 7.5);
● Understand your responsibilities and proactively arrange, provide solutions and handle work
effectively;
● Being familiar with IT knowledge and terms is a plus.
