Security guide is accountable for protecting employees, guests and belongings. This role oversees all areas of the hotel property, inside and out, from the parking lot to Wink space area and private guest rooms. They also focus on responding to individual needs as well as provide assistance during larger scale situations such as power outages or bomb threats. If a crime occurs at a hotel, the hotel security guide on duty also works cooperatively with the local police department when needed with assignment.

This position reports to Security Manager and Security coach and needs to be highly familiar with the hotel operations systems in place within the Hotel, so that can provide effective support to the Director of Wink Experience and Wink Experience Manager on guest requests.

• Over 01 years’ experience in hotel’s security operations, at least 01 year as same position in dynamic hotels, preferably with pre-opening experience

• High school graduation, Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field; certification of Security training courses a plus

• Fair written and verbal communication skills (verbal, written and comprehension) in Vietnamese. English skill a plus

• Proven hands-on experience in the security arena in a similar capacity with an attitude to deliver and have exceptional knowledge of latest trends in security measures

• Ability to offer solutions, anticipate problems and provide action plan formulation; provide high level of attention to detail

• Team and knowledge management, system diversities, organizational and team interrelationships at multiple levels
