As an Engineering Manager{{:}}
- You are responsible for building a remote team of engineers by hiring, managing, coaching, career development and performance review.
- You are responsible for architecture, design and practices.
- You will collaborate with colleagues in design, product and engineering for timely and high quality delivery.
- You will help your team to facilitate making decisions and remove roadblocks.
- You will foster a healthy, collaborative engineering culture.
- We are a multinational company, you will work with international colleagues around the world
You're the hero we're looking for if you{{:}}
- Have proven experience as an Engineering Manager or in a similar leadership role, with a strong background in software engineering, including experience as a Back-End or Full-Stack Software Development Engineer
- Are a polyglot with the ability to cross over different technical stacks and manage teams working across stacks
- Have strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Are passionate about building and leading high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence, and mentoring engineers to achieve their career goals
- Respect and challenge your peers and team members while welcoming being challenged
- Have experience with software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
- Possess strong time management skills and the ability to balance multiple initiatives
- Are comfortable with ambiguity and rapidly changing conditions, viewing changes as opportunities to add structure and order when necessary
- Have experience in or willingness to learn Ruby, Python, React, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, AWS
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience working with LLM (Large Language Model) technologies
- Experience in database design and performance tuning
- Experience working in modular monoliths and microservice architectures
- Experience in cloud-native architectures

Công ty Cổ phần Giao Hàng Tiết Kiệm (GHTK) thành lập năm 2013 là công ty công nghệ hoạt động kinh doanh trong lĩnh vực bưu chính. Ưu thế của GHTK là tốc độ nhanh, mạng lưới phủ sóng rộng trên toàn quốc và đặc biệt là thế mạnh trong việc nghiên cứu và ứng dụng công nghệ mới phục vụ cho hoạt động bưu chính.
Chúng tôi tin rằng dịch vụ này là hữu ích cho xã hội nói chung. Người bán hàng bán được nhiều hơn, khách hàng mua sắm thoải mái hơn, và người giao hàng có thêm nhiều công việc và thu nhập xứng đáng.

- Năm 2015, Mở chi nhánh TPHCM. Chính thức ra mắt dịch vụ vận chuyển HN-HCM 24h.Đạt mốc 1.000.000 đơn hàng
- Năm 2016, Ra mắt nền tảng công nghệ vận hành di động Mobility Operations Technology. Top 1 Nhà vận chuyển được yêu thích nhất sàn TMĐT di động
- Năm 2017, Mở trung tâm vận hành 10.000m2 đầu tiên tại TPHCM. Mở full-map 63 trung tâm tỉnh thành trên toàn quốc.Mở full-map giao hàng đến hơn 10.000 huyện xã trên toàn quốc.
