The service trainer for Charles & Keith and Pedro will deliver, improve and monitor a variety of globally standardized training courses to develop Maison people and ensure their personal and professional excellence.
Implement training courses & Evaluate training effectiveness
- Organize effective training and attract many employees to participate.
- Evaluate training effectiveness to ensure training programs achieve set goals.
Coaching in stores & Field Training
- Store check the knowledge, skills and processes and provide on-the-job training (coaching) on the content employees have learned on nation wide
Develop new training content
- Provide feedback on learning and fashion programs to enhance store staff’s skills so that they are equipped with necessary skills
- Develop quality training content that is suitable for students.
Manage and build e-learning platforms
- Manage staff participation and control results
- Build and compile document content to upload to the platform
Report training & coaching result as assignment.
