• Assist Technical Service team in office jobs such as making quotation, order process in the company system, and other paper works.
• Contact with customers for order and payment follow-up.
• Provide ad-hoc supports to co-workers in their daily activities.
• Co-operate with other departments for technical service jobs going smoothly and on time.
• Report to the Management.
• Performs other duties as assigned• Female, Vietnamese (Age below 30)
• University graduated preferably
• English/Japanese/Chinese/Korean speaking preferably
• Strong Microsoft Office skills / Proficiency in Email, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Carefulness, fast learning, accuracy
• High responsibility, hardworking, eager to learn and good personality
• Capable of working under pressure
