This position will be provided the shuttle bus from BA RIA/ BIEN HOA/ DISTRICT 2/ THU DUC CITY to Nhon Trach Industrial Park (50 minutes transportation to our Factory)

• Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals, and consultation with line managers.

• Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations.

• Deploy a wide variety of training methods.

• Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions.

• Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness.

• Manage training budget.

• Building & tracking training matrix.

• Provide opportunities for ongoing development.

• Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices.

• Maintain management system: SA8000/ ISO14001/ ISO45001.

• Building and monitoring CSR Activity

• Experience in the HR field is preferred.
• Solid knowledge and experience in labor law, social insurance, and income tax issues in Vietnam.
• Preferably experience in an international environment/organization.
• Knowledge about IATF 16949 is preferred.
• Know international standards.
• Computer Skills in MS.
• Thời gian làm việc: from Monday to Saturday, Note: 2 Saturday off/ month.
