We are looking for an empathetic, solution-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in delivering exceptional support to our valued customers. In this role, you will serve as the face of our company, helping customers with inquiries, issues, and requests across various channels. The Customer Service Representative - Credit Card Partnership will report to the Customer Service Manager/Lead
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, professional, and friendly service to customers via phone, email, chat, and social media
- Listen attentively to understand customer needs, questions, and concerns, showing empathy and a genuine desire to help
- Research and troubleshoot customer issues, taking ownership to find resolutions and follow through to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a deep knowledge of our products, services, and policies to provide accurate, helpful information to customers
- Stay up to date on product changes, promotions, and best practices to provide current, consistent information to customers
- Gather and relay customer feedback, insights, and suggestions to the product team to inform improvements
- Identify opportunities to go above and beyond for customers, creating memorable experiences that drive loyalty
- Collaborate with teammates and other departments to share knowledge, resolve complex issues, and improve the customer experience
- Contribute ideas for enhancing our customer service processes, tools, and training
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager per the capacity and scope of work
- Vietnamese
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Having experience working in banking and consumer finance sectors, particularly with credit card products
- Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to convey empathy and build rapport
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to finding solutions
- Proficient in written communication, with strong grammar and spelling skills
- Comfortable with multi-tasking and working across multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
- Proficient in basic computer applications and able to quickly learn new software
- Familiar with Contact Center Systems
- Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborating and sharing knowledge
- Flexible to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends, to ensure customer support coverage
- Bachelor’s degree

Thậm chí, tính lũy kế lỗ của 3 năm 2019 đến năm 2021, doanh nghiệp đã thiệt hại 434 tỷ đồng. Tháng 10 năm 2021, một cửa hàng Signature ở quận 3, thành phố Hồ Chí Minh đã phải đóng cửa.
