Track progress, resolve dependencies, evaluate risks, and communicate status to management and project stakeholders. Engage the project teams to achieve goals.
Assure project quality.
Communicate effectively with engineers, BA, business area leads, Outsource IT vendor and other stakeholders
Implement improvements to the engineering organization and the project management process. Share program/project process frameworks, tools, and best practices that can be adopted throughout the organization.
Plan and implement the design, development, and delivery of approved projects/programs, including analyzing project requirements, planning product development; controlling, and monitoring project progress, ensuring the project is completed on schedule, and guiding compliance with the process and regulations during project implementation.
Help manage the cross- functional strategic planning and business planning process, leading conversations with key stakeholders to develop concepts for strategic initiatives and developing those into detailed program/project plans (including roadmaps, funding planning, resource planning, etc ).
Gather data/metrics and observations to identify obstacles and drive for improvement. Identify communication gaps, manage issue escalations, and provide support to teams balancing competing priorities. Drive results proactively.
Identify, manage, and control financial and operational risks and issues that affect the project/program under management.
Conduct project reporting, and ensure that the change management and control processes comply with the project management standards and procedures.
Responsible for managing business aspects of engineering, including managing 3rd party software and human vendors.
Manage complex and large- scale cross- team, cross- functional initiatives. Interface with engineers or outsource IT vendors to estimate work efforts, define milestones, and manage resources.
Integrate activities through identifying and managing interdependencies to ensure projects are well aligned.

Having a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
Any other certification would be a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and exceptional emotional intelligence. Ability to influence and motivate people across a broad variety of job functions through your relationships
Sharp, proactive, highly critical thinking.
Good knowledge of performance, security, and coding best practices
At least 5 years of experience Project Manager or a Tech Project Manager in a software development environment
Familiarity with Project management tools and processes.
Ability to research, analyze, and learn well.
Mathematical and budgeting skills.
Good communicator with effective stakeholder management & conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work in a team as well as an individual with little or no supervision
Good time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.
Good access to technology.
Bachelor&039;s degree or master&039;s degree in IT, Project Management, or related fields
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously, without losing sight of the highest priority items.
Familiar with both SLDC methodologies like Agile or SCRUM and able to apply them pragmatically and as best suited. (Prefer candidates with experience in managing Web, Native App, and CMS projects)
Good presentation, negotiation, communication and problem- solving skills.
Ability to read and write English well.
Candidates with certification in Scrum / Agile project management are preferred.
