My OPPO Management: My OPPO app is a loyalty app designed for OPPO users to enhance their experience. It allows users to sign in, activate their membership, earn points, redeem rewards, and access exclusive services. The app also provides access to support and services, including locating service centers, checking repair status, and warranty information.
• Assisting in developing and executing CRM program in My OPPO App, including: Segmenting customer data to target specific groups with tailored campaigns, promoting after-sales services, organizing a gamification campaign to boost interaction rate, and providing monthly promotions to different target groups.
• Assisting in working with Headquarters for material selection to localize & adapt for local campaigns.
• Working with vendors and partners to bring special offers to OPPO users through partnership campaigns.
• Tracking CRM metrics, analyzing data, and providing regular reports to the internal & APAC team.
Event Organizer:
• Organizing experience & engagement events with OPPO users and other relevant communities, such as Tech Community, Photography, and Gaming communities, to promote brand connection.
• Assisting in working with university students & organizing weekly/monthly workshops to strengthen the University Ambassador Program.
