- Customer-friendly and answer in an efficient manner for customer’s inquiry from multinational. Solve customer queries (inquiries & technical questions handling based on training of product and process), questions or problems raised by customers through email/facebook channels. Identify the questions or desires of the customer by good listening and asking clarifying questions.
- Provide good customer service with the aid of knowledge gained from internal training and support systems.
- Gather customer contact, documents, and all relevant information into the system to ensure a high level of service is delivered.
- Keep up to date with new developments in the area of the relevant line of business. Able to take over tasks delegated by the manager.
