I. JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Design Strategy Development

• You possess expertise in mechanical structures and products, with a focus on mechanical engineering, plastics, cast iron, wood, etc.;
• Your design thinking is exceptional;
• You offer feasible ideas for manufacturing;
• You are proficient in transforming 2D drawings into 3D models (at an intermediate level);
• Your ability to interpret drawings is commendable;
• You are well-versed in projection methods in design, including third angle projection (ANSI) (with a preference for prior experience in producing drawings according to ANSI standards).

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• You will be the facilitator of internal discussions to present your design ideas with the aim of harmonizing the structure of the product you are developing;
• You are someone who listens attentively to feedback from others in the team with an open-minded attitude.

II. REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge

• Graduated from university or college in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related technical disciplines.
• Familiarity with mechanical structures, materials, and manufacturing processes related to sports equipment is a plus.

Skills

• Proficient in advanced modeling tools in SolidWorks: Weldments, Sheet Metal, Surfaces (preferred).
• Ability to read and produce technical drawings in accordance with ANSI standards.
• Strong design thinking and problem-solving skills in a manufacturing context.
• Preferably experienced with Adobe Illustrator (AI) for idea presentation.
• Strong teamwork, receptive to constructive feedback and continuous improvement.

Experience

-     6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in a real manufacturing environment, ideally related to sports equipment or mechanical products
