• 8 years of work experience in project management, business performance analysis or management consulting
• Strong academic record. Bachelor’s degree in Business/ Business Administration/ Finance/ Economics minimum. MBA is a plus.
• Analytical thinking and strong data-driven decision-making ability
• Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and conceptual problem-solving skills, combined with good business acumen
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with people at all levels in an organization
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Entrepreneurial and results-driven. Think outside the box
• Strong Office skill (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Power BI, SQL skill is a plus.
