I. JOB DESCRIPTIONS

● Build and use a strong SEO expertise in Web/search and eCommerce customer journey, marketing platform, CRM, and data (collect, usage, analysis) to plan, create and run search optimization on E-commerce platforms, mainly on Amazon/Wayfair/Walmart platforms.
● Develop strategies to drive traffic to store, product pages and improve organic ranking and conversion.
● Perform ongoing keyword optimization and competitor analysis.
● Produce keyword tracking reports, indexation reports and alike.
● Research/Standardize Product & Listing Guidelines on E-commerce platform.
● Involve in planning and coordinating assigned listing and content projects across different Ecommerce marketplaces. Coordinate and support all steps in content and listing management of different divisions within the Sales & Marketing Department.
● To be a source of ideas by identifying new optimization levers. Involve in guideline creation and maintain a consistent quality standard in content.
● Transform requirements into briefs and documentation to support the development and execution of optimization and test activities.
● Manage the process of technical, editorial, and net-linking optimizations. Follow-up of the proper implementation of recommendations.
● Prepare, and implement the plan of search strategies.

II. SKILL AND EXPERIENCE

Knowledge

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing/ Business Administration/ E-commerce, or a related field required.
• Knowledgeable in SEO.
• Understanding of existing E-commerce (Amazon/Walmart/Tiki/Shopee, …) and/or Social Media Landscape (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
• Software Skills (MS Microsoft, Web/SEO Analytic Tools, …) is essential.
• Excellent in Project Management & Communication.
• English and Vietnamese fluent. A third European language is highly appreciated.

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good communication in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, GG suite
• Have logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills. Quick learner and adapter
• Motivated and committed with a can-do attitude. Quick adapting, data sensitive, capable of reports analyzing and data-driven mindset.
• Eager to learn and self-study. Friendly, enthusiastic and responsible
• Adaptable in fast growing environment and willing to work under pressure.

Experience

• 3 years experience in an established agency or similar role for in-house marketing department (Sporting goods/FMCG/Furniture preferably …).
