Work with CR dept to receive the daily shipping plan.

Plan the daily shipping schedule with the logistic vendors.

Update and report the daily delivery report to the related departments.

Manage the truck driver as well as the shipping road, ensuring the goods will be delivered to the customers on time.

Prepare the monthly shipping volume report, check it with the logistic vendor and report to supervisor/manager for payment approval.

Process any claim from the customers for missing, wrong delivery, damage, if any.

Evaluate the logistic vendor performance and suggest improvement request

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

At least 3 years working as logistic leader in the manufacturing company

Able to speak and write English, Chinese will be a plus

Familiar with WMS, ERP

Able to use Microsoft Office, Excel and Power Point
