What You'll Do
As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the marketing, sales, growth, and profit and loss of your designated product portfolio. You will prepare budgets and profit plans for your area, working side-by-side with Sales Executives to ensure that goals are achieved. Your role will also involve maintaining robust stock levels and building strong relationships with principal suppliers. - Oversee marketing, sales, growth, and profit and loss of the assigned product portfolio

- Collaborate closely with Sales Executives to ensure realization of goals
- Maintain robust stocks & debtor levels in collaboration with Sales Executives and Sales Coordinators
- Nurture good relationships with principal/supplier of assigned product portfolio
- Keep principal/supplier well informed about business progress
The perfect candidate for this Sales Manager role will bring a wealth of experience from the food industry, particularly within the Sauce/Noodle sector. With at least five years' experience in a similar role, you will have demonstrated your ability to set up and implement effective sales strategies. Your excellent communication skills will be matched by your ability to solve problems efficiently. Skilled at negotiation, you're comfortable dealing with both customers and suppliers. Your proficiency in English, both written and spoken, along with your computer literacy make you an ideal fit for this role.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Food Industry
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Sales field, especially in Sauce/Noodle industry
- Proven experience in setting up and implementing sales strategy and plan
- Fluency in both spoken and written English
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
- Strong operation management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to negotiate effectively with customers and suppliers
- Ability to work independently under pressure
- Proficiency in using computers and MS Offices
