Serve as the primary point of contact for Japanese clients, ensuring clear and effective communication. Understand client needs and translate them into technical requirements for the team.
Ensure the quality of the team's output by conducting code reviews, testing, and performance evaluations. Implement best practices in coding, security, and testing to maintain high standards.
Identify and resolve technical challenges within the project. Propose innovative solutions to meet client needs and improve system functionality.Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on .NET and ReactJS.
Proficiency in .NET, ReactJS, and related technologies. Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development, software architecture, and design patterns.
Proven experience in leading and managing development teams, with a track record of successful project delivery.
Ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Experience working with Japanese clients is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex technical challenges.
Understanding of Japanese business culture and working practices is a plus.
