Product, Commercial, and Visual Management
- Design and maintain visually appealing shop floor layouts and merchandise new arrivals according to company guidelines and operational procedures.
- Implement and communicate merchandising strategies to the store team to boost sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Style mannequins, create displays, and ensure merchandise is visually engaging in the boutique.
- Provide training on visual standards and merchandising execution.
- Analyze sales reports to identify priorities and areas for improvement.
- Develop tailored visual merchandising plans based on sales insights and store needs.
- Gather feedback from the Commercial and Store Manager to refine weekly proposals.
Shop-floor & Sales Management
- Lead and motivate the sales team to drive performance and operational efficiency.
- Monitor daily and monthly sales targets to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
- Communicate regularly with the management team regarding personnel and product updates.
- Maintain high standards throughout the day and during store closing procedures.
Customer Service
- Deliver exceptional customer service in the store.
- Oversee and support customer service initiatives.
- Address and resolve customer concerns, escalating to senior management when necessary.
- Reinforce the company's return policy and assist with product recommendations, including new arrivals, replenished best-sellers, and suitable alternatives.
Health & Safety
- Ensure the store maintains a clean and organized environment.
- Communicate with senior management about any incidents or risks.
- Promote safe work practices and compliance with company procedures to protect employees and customers.

- Strong knowledge of visual merchandising and fashion trends.
- Experience in retail, sales analysis, and team management.
- Excellent customer service and complaint resolution skills.
- Detail-oriented, creative, and adaptable under pressure.
- Awareness of health & safety procedures.
- Degree in fashion/business (preferred) and proficiency in English.
- Strong knowledge of visual merchandising and fashion trends.
- Experience in retail, sales analysis, and team management.
- Excellent customer service and complaint resolution skills.
- Detail-oriented, creative, and adaptable under pressure.
- Awareness of health & safety procedures.
- Proficiency in English for communication in an international environment.
