- Support recruitment activities by managing candidate information, posting jobs on recruiting websites/SNS, contacting candidates.
- Receive and screen candidate resumes to match the company's requirements.
- Support company survey program targeting users in IT companies.
- Support to organize engaging events to create a vibrant and happy workplace for our young talents such as office parties, quarterly company parties, year-end parties, holiday events, company trips, etc.
- Support health insurance procedures for employees.
- Manage cleaning services at the office.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Perform other tasks as requested by the HR team.
- Female, 3rd-year or final-year students.
- Passionate about Human Resources with a long-term career goal in HR management.
- Intermediate-level English skills (writing/speaking).

- Proficient in office computer skills and familiar with basic design tools.

- Internship allowance: 30,000 VND/hour.
- Flexible working hours within office hours from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (schedule can be adjusted to fit school schedule).

Công ty TNHH X.E Việt Nam được thành lập vào ngày 25/12/2008. Tiền thân là đơn vị chuyên nhập khẩu và phân phối phụ tùng ô tô trên toàn quốc và kinh doanh dịch vụ bảo dưỡng, sửa chữa ô tô tại Hà Nội. Sau 10 năm xây dựng và phát triển không ngừng, hiện nay công ty đã mở rộng các lĩnh vực kinh doanh, cụ thể :
- Trở thành đại lý cấp 1 của Công ty CP Cơ khi xây dựng giao thông Tracomeco. Là đơn vị hàng đầu phân phối các dòng sản phẩm xe khách, xe bus 29, 34, 39, 37, 40, 47 ghế, 38, 40, 42 giường. Tất cả nội thất, ngoại thất và linh, phụ kiện đều được nhập khẩu 100% từ Hyundai Hàn Quốc do nhà máy Tracomeco lắp ráp và sản xuất.
