1. Coordinate with a recruitment teammate to recruit Vietnamese teachers and staff.
- Prepare recruitment proposals, post job advertisements, screen candidate applications, organize the performance test, demo teaching - interview sessions, etc.
- Carrying out relevant administrative procedures for the new staffing
2. Coordinate legal work related to Foreign Teachers and Staff and provide support and connection services for Foreign Teachers and Staff.
3. Coordinate and organize activities to enhance the mental well-being of the entire school's staff and teachers
4. Coordinate tasks related to managing, archiving personnel records, and updating employee information
5. Coordinate and monitor working hours, including attendance tracking, workdays, annual leave, and overtime for teachers and staff.
6. Perform other personnel tasks.
Yêu cầu công việc
- College graduate or higher, majoring in Law, Business Administration, HR
- Have been trained in relevant HR courses.
- Communication English

- Other requirements:
- At least 1 years of experience as HR Staff
- Having knowledge about Vietnamese labor law, PIT law, Law on social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance, etc
