• Guest Service Responsibilities : A key person in the lobby and is a reference for a guest staying in the Hôtel des Arts Saigon – MGallery Collection, make the lobby alive by the natural guest relationships and dynamism.
• Supervision of Concierge Operations : keep under control the day to day concierge activity during the shift. To ensure that each guest is taken care as soon as with warm welcome and greeting (car door opening, hotel door opening, luggage taken immediately & guiding the guest through the required direction)
• Active in Communication : working in a central area for the guest, he then have to be fully aware of the hotel information and internal procedures
• Training and Human Resources Management

Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable hospitality school
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity with proven records
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
