• Establish and maintain an accurate filing system.
• Preparation of daily arrivals.
• Preparation and compilation of various reports as required by the Department Manager.
• Input new reservations received via telephone, fax or email.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of and actively sell all products, services and special events within the hotel.
• Make appropriate reservations (limousine hires, restaurant bookings, etc).
• Be aware of facilities and points of interest within the Ho Chi Minh and surrounding areas to assist with any guest inquiries.
• Be familiar with all room types, availability, rates, group movements and billing, daily events, promotions, VIP’s and Guest History guests.
• Actively contribute to SPG and upselling programs.
• Send confirmations for reservations booked.
• Post advance deposits and refunds of advance deposits, especially during peak season.
• Liaise with Corporate bookers, Tour Operators and Travel Agents with special requests and general information.
• Endeavor to process all correspondence on a daily basis.
• Monitor and maintain the waitlist file.
• Disseminate product and rate information to prospective clients.
• Respond to telephone and mail inquiries in relation to FIT business.
• Liaise closely with the Sales and Marketing Department to ensure up-to-date information with regard to packages, menus and special promotions or events.
• Actively upsell hotel facilities to maximise revenue.
• Ensure deposits and settlements are received when due.

Yêu cầu công việc

• University/College degree required.
• At least 2-year experience in Reservation department at an international hotel is required.
• Excellent English communication skills (speaking, reading and writing).
• Strong coaching, motivational and team building skills in a healthy and trusting environment.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Points) software.
• Excellent customer relation.
