Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for 2 positions:

1. QA Manager (Furniture, Open For Expat)

• Manage the QA staff, implement quality awareness and training for the staff
• Develop the company's quality standards and ensure the products comply with international standards
• Collaborate with managers and QC to implement new QC procedures, as well as to report and minimize quality issues.
• Utilizing established engineering methodologies, collaborate with cross-functional teams to create manufacturing inspection test plans that guarantee the production of high-quality goods.
• Conduct inspections to verify that processes and products meet specifications.
• Ascertain that all relevant data is collected, documented, and utilized.
• Perform audits, compile audit reports, and choose the appropriate corrective and preventative measures.
• Examine the underlying reasons and put corrective measures in place for any problematic processes or components.
• Keep refining quality processes and get ready for QA reports.
• Work with all relevant stakeholders to quickly resolve supplier quality issues and put corrective and preventive measures in place

2. Quality Control Inspector (Furniture, Open For Expat)

• Prioritize the company's interests at all times, follow company policies, and make sure that working hours at the factory correspond to the number of hours set by the business.
• Get knowledge and direction from superiors (team manager, QC manager, etc.) to become an expert in the products' quality inspection requirements for every order and the particulars of that order.
• On the manufacturing floor, thoroughly inspect mid-range products to make sure they meet quality requirements and standards.
• Comprehensive examination of the raw materials, input draw wood quality, and wood lamination quality.
• The complete inspection, the examination of the mortise and tenoner details (which need to be measured and recorded at every inspection), the test of the mortise bonding glue, the level of consistency of the wood components, the test assembly, and the structural and material testing are all included.
• Examine the steps involved in the product's finishing process and compare the final color to the approved color panel.
• Verify that the goods are loaded appropriately, in accordance with the printed product packaging instructions, and with the correct cont quality diagram.
• The completed product needs to be put together, the last structural and assembly materials need to be examined, and the products' finish color uniformity needs to be compared to the authorized color sample panel before packaging.
• Regularly monitor and provide updates on the state of production and quality in the factories under your management.
• Collaborate with the factory to identify factors that impact the quality of goods and the factory's export schedule. You must also promptly and immediately report any findings to superiors.
• To ensure that the factory's quality remains stable and improves over time, make any necessary improvements and share, support, and abide by the advice of your superiors.
• Update the quality management process on a regular basis with any changes the company makes.
