We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager specializing in apartment segment to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of real estate management, focusing on apartment projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for apartment projects in alignment with company objectives.
• Lead and manage a team of real estate professionals to ensure smooth operations and successful project execution.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and market trends in the apartment segment.
• Negotiate and liaise with property owners, developers, and other stakeholders to secure advantageous deals and partnerships.
• Manage the leasing and sales process for apartment projects, including pricing strategies, marketing campaigns, and customer relations.
• Monitor and evaluate the financial performance of apartment projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing real estate transactions and property management.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on project status, market conditions, and performance metrics.
