Our client is looking for an Senior M & E engineer whom can work in Nhon Trach, Dong Nai.

Responsible for the direct supervision, quality management, and progress tracking of the entire machinery and equipment installation process at the construction site or plant. Ensure all installations comply strictly with technical drawings, safety standards, and project specifications.

A. TECHNICAL SUPERVISION AND QUALITY MANAGEMENT

• Installation Supervision: Directly oversee and inspect the procedures and methods for installing various machinery and equipment (Mechanical, Electrical, and auxiliary systems) according to Approved Design Drawings and Technical Standards.

• Quality Control (QC):

  • Perform quality inspection of incoming materials and critical installation stages (e.g., alignment, leveling, connections, grouting).

  • Conduct internal acceptance and sign-off for completed installation works.

• Troubleshooting: Timely identify technical errors or issues during installation and propose effective solutions and corrective actions.

• Safety Standards: Ensure all installation activities strictly comply with Occupational Safety and industrial hygiene regulations at the site.

B. PROGRESS AND DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT

• Progress Management: Monitor, evaluate, and report installation progress against the established schedule. Coordinate with contractors and relevant departments to resolve any roadblocks that could delay the timeline.

• Documentation Management: Prepare, check, and archive all technical records, acceptance minutes for each stage, daily/weekly reports, and all documentation related to machinery installation.

• Technical Coordination: Closely cooperate with the design team to clarify technical details and with the operations/maintenance teams to prepare for the commissioning phase.

C. COMMISSIONING AND HANDOVER

• Commissioning Supervision: Participate in and supervise the Commissioning/Testing process of the machinery, ensuring stable operation and performance meets technical specifications.

• Handover: Assist in preparing the final As-built documentation and participate in initial training for the machine operating team.
