1. Look forward to a clear vision of golf business, golf maintenance, landscape and specific route to reach the targets.

2. Produce supporting operational plans for different business areas that will contribute to achieve the objectives set out in the strategic plans.

3. Influence and positively manage the development of organizational culture.

4. Create, implement, report and analyze Golf operations plan including budget and all other financial duties

5. Continuously review and develop standard operating procedures to make sure maximum customer satisfaction whilst maximizing revenue and profitability.

6. Establish and enforce Golf course policies, rules and regulations.

7. Oversee all Golf programs and activities, such as tournaments, social events, and external promotion.

8. Identify and develop innovation programs for all customer segments and put forward new ideas of Course services.

9. Recruit, induct, monitor, develop and make good team building members of Golf operations, golf maintenance and Landscape and complete regular performance review.

10. Plan and process professional development and training activities for staff

11. Instruct to maintain course in proper playing condition.

12. Repair and revise course maintenance manuals.

13. Plan and co-ordinate special projects on all Golf facilities, such as construction, renovation, and reconstruction of greens, tees, fairways

14. Co- operate with other managers to schedule and proceed safety program for staff, associates and guests on Golf course

15. Identify potential problems and deal with them effectively to minimize disruption to the golf course, buildings and other company’s facilities.

16. Represent Golf course on public speaking, presentations, communicate effectively with external organizations, individuals and agencies.

18. Approve all expenditures and exercise cost control to keep operation and in line with approved budget

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven excellence in guest service and golf experience delivery.
• Knowledgeable in golf course operations, tournaments, retail, and memberships.
• Business-minded with skills in revenue growth, budgeting, and cost control.
• Fluent in English
• High professionalism, passion for golf, and understanding of global golf trends.
