ABOUT THE JOBWe are seeking motivated ATM Technology Analyst to join the team at National Australia Bank. As an ATM Technology Analyst, you will be able to improve communications and pay attention to details/self-sufficient.YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES• Provides technical support and assistance to our Retail Frontline Colleagues.• Co-ordinate with internal IT and external vendors and ensure reliability of the Frontline Services • Monitor alerts and escalate issues for all applicable procedures and systems.• Incident management co-ordination with vendors where applicable• Ownership of reporting within Frontline Technology team• Provide escalation support to Retail Frontline Colleagues for incidents impacting Frontline and ATM Services • Provide process improvement ideas and suggestions that help improve the overall support processes that are pertinent to providing greater value.• Be solution driven and take ownership in the successful resolution of inc• Change management.YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE• 2+ year's experience with Frontline Self-Serve and ATM technology and some Knowledge of Terminal• Prior support role experience, with sound knowledge of ITIL including work on a Service desk providing support to ATM and Frontline Technology Services (services within bank branches, such as Cash Recycling Machines, Coin Machines, ATMs, etc)• Excellent verbal/communication skills - these roles will have many stakeholders including business/tech/vendors.• Excellent/prior experience with report tools - dev and distribution - such as power bi, excel, etc.THE BENEFITS AND PERKS We appreciate and reward our colleagues who do great work every day - from excelling for our customers, to taking ownership of an issue to get it resolved.
