1. Product Development and Configuration

- Work closely with the business to translate product requirements into detailed specifications

- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and product launch activities

- Lead the testing and rollout of new features to internal teams, gathering feedback and troubleshooting any potential issues before wider adoption

- Work closely with Business to verify and develop system configuration

- Manage intergrations and data synschronization between CRM, ERP, data lake and external systems

2. Product Lifecycle Management

- Manage all aspects of the product lifecycle, from ideation to end-of-life, ensuring that each stage is handled effectively and aligned with business goals

- Continuously monitor product performance, including feature adoption, customer satisfaction, and market impact

- Recommend product updates and feature enhancements based on customer feedback and data-driven insights

3. Documentation & Compliance

- Oversee the creation of detailed product documentation, including user manual, feature descriptions, and compliance certifications

- Ensure product-related materials are easily accessible and regularly updated across all software storage

- Ensure product features and functionalities stay in compliance with the ASIA Group’s regulations and overall business goals

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

-      Bachelor's degree in Computer Science

-      At least 5 years’ experience in similar role 

-      Strong business acumen

-      Great organization, planning, and problem-solving skills

-      Experience in SaaS software deliveries

-      Experience in software design and development

-      Broad understanding of architecture and technical integration

-      Experience in CRM is a plus

-      Strong numerical and analytical aptitude
