Yes4All is one of the leading brands for home sporting goods & furniture in the e-commerce market. Founded in 2010, we have strived to be in the top 1% retailers on Amazon US. Based in California with an operation office in HCMC, we have more than 350 young and talented members with expert knowledge and experience in the e-commerce industry.
We are on an ambitious journey to dominate not only Amazon's sporting goods market but also to enter new e-commerce markets from many regions like Canada, Europe, Japan. I. JOB DESCRIPTIONS
1. Culture & Engagement: Build strong corporate culture that attracts and retains high-caliber talents across the organization.
- Lead efforts in designing and implementing activities, events to enhance engagement in the organizations, amongst teams, within teams through team spirit activities, trust and transparent communication and collaboration.
- Work closely with relevant teams (Brands, Corporate Communication, Talent Acquisition, People Partners...) to promote corporate and employer brand.
- Lead efforts in role modeling and supporting organizational values and norms, change management and coaching to managers and staff throughout the organization in behavioral, cultural transformation.
- Introduce and train the norms to all employees and make sure the norms are integrated in all activities.
- Design and implement strategy to promote employer branding as well as improve Y4A EVP.
- Build culture champions and keep the team active.
- Design strategic programmes to strengthen corporate culture and engaged workplace.
2. Training & Development:
- Build and manage effective induction programs to embody Y4A’s culture and equip new hire with full overview of company and related functional department.
- Design and implement talent development strategy aligned with and supporting biz strategy and people & culture strategy.
- Design and implement rewards and recognitions to promote talent development and organizational behaviors in line with biz strategy.

II. SKILL AND EXPERIENCE
- Degree in HR management or related/equivalent field.
- 5-8 years of relevant work experience in culture, employee engagement, or organizational development.
- Track record of developing positive organizational/culture change initiatives.
- Strategic and creative thinking to help shape culture strategy.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategy.
- Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Possesses a strategic mindset with a relentless focus on execution.
- Collaborative, personable style with strong analytical skills.
- Strong desire to build relationships, work as a team, keep a positive attitude and embody the values of Yes4All.
