Job Summary
Directly report to General Manager, Cummins DKSH Vietnam and dotted line reporting to Marketing and Communications Manager, DKSH Vietnam, the Marketing Senior Executive will be tasked with lead generation and marketing funnel optimization using offline and online marketing activities such as webinars digital marketing tactics such as search engine optimization, social media, website, online advertising, and email marketing, etc…
Objectives are to generate demand for our products and services, capture and qualify leads, support the conversion of the sales pipeline, grow and nurture our customer base, and improve company revenues
General Responsibilities
Branding & Marketing responsibilities:

Monitor and timely response to enquiries via social media and website.
Manage website content and ensure regular updates o Manage and create content for CDV fanpage on social media includes Facebook and Linkedin.
Plan and execute annual marketing and communication activities.
Work closely with sales team to plan and execute events including digital exhibitions and webinars from start to finish to maximize lead generation and brand awareness.
Manage marketing budget and cost / expenditure to ensure efficient usage of resources o Align with regional marketing team to create branding gimmicks and marketing collaterals such as brochures, leaflets, posters that follow brand guideline.
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to generate and nurture leads for key clients and products, includes content and image production, set up, monitor, and optimize campaign.
Marketing effectiveness tracking: Facilitate Google Analytics, Salesforce, and other analytical tools to track marketing effectiveness and refine annual marketing plans
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate new leads via SEO, SEM and Facebook ads.

Communications responsibilities:

Draft speech outlines for GM at key events such as clients/partners meetings, and internal meeting when required.
Able to work independently on complex marketing tasks
Experience in B2B Industrial equipment and componentry a plus.
Experience with any marketing automation platform and website publishing platform is a plus.
Functional Skills And Knowledge
Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese, both written and verbal.
Plan and execute PR activities includes press release production and distributions, booking PR articles when required
Experience with digital marketing and event organization
Good communication skills in English.
Collaborate with HR to plan and execute internal communications activities to strengthen employee engagements.
Motivated and responsible with good team spirit

Education

Degree or professional qualification in Marketing/Economics/Business Administration or a related discipline
Master&039;s in Marketing/Economics/Business Administration will be an added advantage
