Associate, Restructuring – Kroll Cyber Risk

The Kroll business Restructuring practices’ aim is to provide effective solutions to its clients. Our clients include major high street banks, asset-based lenders, private equity houses, accountants, solicitors, financial sponsors, lenders, creditors, corporates, and individuals. We are seeking an experienced Credit Analyst in Hanoi. Who will take a fundamental role in working with the senior members of the team to help with coordination and progression of research and analysis into stressed and distressed credit situations. Credit Analyst will benefit from significant exposure and autonomy in your role. The Credit Analyst will be expected to develop a network of relationships across Kroll’s Restructuring teams in Asia and Europe and gradually to identify restructuring advisory opportunities yourself.

Day To Day Responsibilities

• Completing corporate credit analysis across diverse sectors and jurisdictions and presenting findings to the senior members of the team
• Monitoring of credit, economic and financial markets to identify potential business opportunities
• Supporting in the development and delivery of financial advisory presentations
  
  

Essential Traits

• Degree educated (preferably in a mathematical/economics related subject) to at least 2:1 standard from a top university.
• At least 2 years’ experience as a credit analyst in an investment bank, fund manager or credit rating agency.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles
• Solid understanding of economics
• Familiar with valuation methodologies
• Knowledge of Corporate Finance products like Bloomberg, Eikon, Capital IQ
• English and Mandarin speaker
