Job summary

• Auditing the Quality Management System of the organization and its suppliers according to the requirements of AS / EN 9100 (current edition)

Working schedule

• 44 hours/week, off on Saturday and Sunday

1. Job description:

• Comply and apply the provisions of the quality management system documentation: Quality Manual, internal procedures, working instructions
• Carry out internal and external audits under the Annual Internal / External Audit Scheme and initiates corrective/ preventive actions
• Follow the status of corrective / preventive actions and check how they are implemented
• Evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions, including 8D reports
• Be responsible for the quality, accuracy and authenticity of the data and documents issued
• Issue activity reports at specified intervals or at management's request
• Be responsible with the continuous improvement of its own activity with proposals for efficiency
• Participate in the training programs planned both at department level, specific to the activity carried out as well as to the general ones;
• Cooperates with all departments of the organization to improve quality
• At the request of the hierarchical superior or the management of the organization, attends to meetings on different topics to support the quality management system
• It constantly updates its own knowledge of the processes of the organization and any changes in the organization that affect the quality management system;
• Know and respect the internal documents applicable to the function he / she occupies, according to the training plan

2. Job requirements:

• Have University studies - technical major
• Advanced English - technical English would be a plus
• Previous QA experience in a production company
• Experience with ISO 9001/IATF16949 - implementing and maintaining OMS
• Have at least 1 years of experience in full time auditor function according to ISO9001/IATF16949

or in QA/QC position

• AS9100 and NADCAP experience is a plus
• Knowledge of QC tools, 8D, Root cause analysis (5Why, fishbone chart), 5 Core tools, etc.
• Good at Microsoft Office/ Writing reports
• Be used to working in a fast-moving environment, with tight deadlines.
• Be willing to work under pressure, sometimes on a longer schedule.
