The Ecommerce Growth Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and revenue for our ecommerce business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ecommerce marketing, customer acquisition, retention, and conversion optimization

- Revenue in absolute value by channel
- Year on year growth by channel
- Gross profits growth and ability to drive sales with few promotion incentives
- Churn rate
- Site traffic by channel
- New visitor & returning visitor
- Customer acquisition
- Conversion rate on Maison Online
2. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute ecommerce growth strategies across all channels, including email marketing, social media, paid advertising, SEO, affiliate marketing, marketplace
- Monitor and analyze ecommerce metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance
- Identify and execute onsite optimization initiatives together with analyze and optimize the customer journey to improve user experience and drive conversions.
- Develop and implement user management strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, CRM, Brand, and IT, to execute ecommerce initiatives
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on ecommerce industry trends and best practices
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality, cost-effective ecommerce solutions
- Develop and manage budgets for ecommerce initiatives and optimize spending to drive maximum ROI
- Monitor and report on ecommerce KPIs to executive team and provide insights for strategic decision-making
- Training and mentor other team members to improve their skill, optimize daily operation process, coaching leadership mindset.
- Participate in new projects to fuel Ecommerce revenue growth
- Support other team members if needed to ensure achievement of KPIs under Ecommerce department
