SUMMARY:

The Business Intelligence Manager will lead the data, BI, and reconciliation analysis team to drive data strategy, enhance analytics capabilities, and deliver actionable insights that support business decisions.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Dive deep into complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
• Utilize statistical methods and data mining techniques to analyze and interpret data.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust BI solutions using cutting-edge tools and technologies.
• Implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Create interactive dashboards, visualizations, and reports that provide clear and actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive reports and dashboards that offer strategic insights.
• Regularly present findings and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to improve business processes and strategies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, finance, and operations, to understand their data needs and deliver tailored BI solutions.
• Partner with IT and data engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and data integrity across systems.
• Manage and train the data analysis, BI, and reconciliation team, ensuring efficient team performance.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of reconciliation processes, collaborating with finance to automate and improve data integrity across systems.
• Optimize the reconciliation process with partners to ensure that the reconciliation team’s data is accurate, complete, and following the partnership contract between the parties.
• Optimize project operations by coordinating with internal teams and partners to analyze data after deployment while ensuring that operations are automated and continuously updated.
• Being responsible for building the data architecture of the BI team.
• Updating continuous data tables for operation.
• Ensuring the processing speed of data provided to departments and reports in Clouds.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Have proven experience in the fintech/banking/financial services industry.
• Minimum 5 years in a BI or data analytics role, with a strong background in data modeling, data visualization, and reporting.
• Proven experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.
• Hands-on experience with SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and tools.
• Familiar with dbt, Airbyte, and AirFlow
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and analytically.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly and compellingly.
• Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborative, with a positive attitude and a willingness to help others.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
