• Working closely with the manager or assigned staff member, and completing all allocated tasks
• Responsible for ensuring that all duties are carried out in accordance with
• brand standards and legal requirements
• Know the types of rooms the property has, their locations and layouts, as
• well as the available packages to quote accommodation rate for public guest.
• Support assisting Front Office on daily room assignment
• Observing and carrying out reservation process requests from guests, travel
• agents, and referral networks made through various communication
• platforms
• Follow up reservation booked daily, arrival report daily.
• Responsible for recording Company/Travel Agent Rates both in system and
• correspondence file.
• Ensure special handling of repeats guest and very VIP guest.
• Ensures that proper telephone manners are maintained at all times
• Coordinates group reservations activity with the Sales Department and
• Revenue Manager
• Follows up tentative bookings and update reservation status

• On – the – job training
• Certificate after internship
• Buffet voucher for 2 people in restaurant (minimum 3 months internship)
• Allowance VND 500.000/month (minimum 3 months internship)
• Duty meal & Uniform provided by hotel
• 05 working days & 02 day-off per week
• Opportunity to become official associate after internship
