Compensation Management:
- Oversee monthly payroll processing, including salary calculations, tax deductions, and statutory compliance.
- Maintain and update employee salary structures and compensation packages.
- Conduct benchmarking studies to ensure competitiveness in salary structures and align with market trends.
Benefits Administration:
- Manage employee benefits programs, including insurance, leave policies, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Provide guidance to employees on benefits utilization and address related queries.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to the benefits package to attract and retain talent.
HR Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements, including Provident Fund, ESI, and other employee welfare schemes.
- Prepare and submit required reports to government authorities on time.
- Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations, and recommend necessary adjustments.
Employee Records & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records related to payroll, benefits, and compliance.
- Generate periodic reports on compensation, benefits costs, and other HR metrics.
- Support internal and external audits related to HR operations.
Policy Development:
- Assist in developing and implementing compensation and benefits policies.
- Collaborate with management to ensure alignment with organizational goals and budgets.
Employee Engagement:
- Educate employees on compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
- Address employee concerns related to payroll, benefits, and compliance in a timely and professional manner.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in C&B roles, preferably in [specify industry].
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems, labor laws, and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other payroll systems).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
