* Role purpose
- To support CRM Supervisor on developing, initiating, and implementing long-term CRM Plan as well as new product campaign launch to build meaningful and close relationships with consumers across online & offline platforms.
* Key responsibility
- Responsible for the overall planning, budgeting, and implementation of CRM events (both online & offline) to bring the unique & proud-to-own users experience.
- Collaborating closely with the Service Department to design & execute the after-sale service management to enhance the premium services of brand
- Maximize CRM opportunities with strong collaboration with other partners for member’s benefit enrichment (ex: collab with beauty brands/F&B brands to develop the privileges for members).
- Conduct research and competitor analysis to obtain market and consumer insights and monitor competitors’ promotional activities & performance. Bring the efficiency & valuable activities to members.
- Handle users' feedback via My OPPO App feedback hub & offline activities.
- Work with content team to develop the content approach to old users for new product launch. Also, responsible for the UDC content encouragement & management.
- Work with campaign team, PR team to manage the gifting plan (physical gift, online gift.. as the unique reward from brand to loyal members).
