* Influencer Management:
- Manage communications and build relationships with media, influencers (TOL/KOL/KOC), and third party agencies for joint collaboration of various campaigns/promotions.
- Research and identify influencers (TOL/KOL/KOC) across multiple digital platforms to build powerful brand experiences.
- Reaching and building a influencers (TOL/KOL/KOC) network for different categories on social media.
- Implement influencers (TOL/KOL/KOC) engagement campaigns by liaising and coordinating with influencers (TOL/KOL/KOC) in their requirements, timeline, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with team members to initiate and execute different promotional campaigns.
- Negotiate costs appropriately to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.
- Provide accurate timing estimates on work.
* PR Management:
- Formulate PR plans and strategies
- Enhance the company’s voice and presence through online and offline channels
- Manage media relations and requests
- Write press releases, speeches and other PR copy
- Plan and supervise events, fairs, conferences etc.
- Support the implementation of promotional plans
- Present solutions in times of PR crisis
