Using your knowledge of the Vietnamese creator economy and AnyMind’s products, you will turn complex creator services into clear, easy-to-sell products. You are a strategic enabler who manages internal and external stakeholders, creating the systems, strategic narratives, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) that allow the sales organization to close deals faster and better. You will also lead the way in using AI tools to make our commercial processes more efficient.
What You Will Do
- Commercial Strategy & Product Packaging:
- Develop Commercial Packages: Lead the creation of creator-led packages (including Livestreaming, Affiliate, and Sponsorships) and production-led packages specifically for the Vietnam market. You will turn our creator and production resources into standardized products that are profitable and easy to sell.
- Sales Tools & Resources: Design and maintain a complete library of sales materials. This includes master pitch decks, rate cards, case studies, and product guides that allow the sales team to pitch to clients effectively and independently.
- Go-to-Market (GTM) Planning: Work with leadership and the team to define the strategy for launching new creator products in Vietnam. You will ensure that what we build matches what our clients actually want to buy.
- Revenue Growth & Operations:
- Support Product Sales: Act as the expert for Creator Growth products. You will analyze sales data (win rates and profit margins) to improve our sales pitches and help the commercial team sell more effectively.
- Process Improvement (SOPs): Create and implement clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the entire sales process—from the first idea to the final delivery. This ensures consistency and quality in how we work.
- AI & Efficiency: Introduce and use AI tools in the commercial workflow (e.g., for writing pitch content, analyzing data, or customizing proposals) to save time and improve the quality of our work.
- Stakeholder Management & Partnerships:
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the main coordinator between Sales, Account Management, and Creator Development teams. You ensure that the deals we sell are realistic, profitable, and that we have the creators available to deliver them.
- Client Strategy Support: Join important client meetings and negotiations for key accounts. You will provide expert advice on how to structure deals and define terms to help close complex contracts.
- Training & Knowledge Sharing: Organize regular training sessions to teach the sales and account management teams about new products, market trends, and the best ways to pitch our solutions.
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in commercial partnerships, sponsorship sales, or solution planning within digital media, agencies, or ecommerce. Experience in the Vietnam market is required.
- Education: A recognized university degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Vietnam creator economy, social commerce trends (TikTok Shop, Shopee Live), and how digital advertising works.
- Strategic Capability: Ability to turn complex ideas into clear, convincing sales stories. You must be skilled at creating high-quality pitch decks and sales materials.
- Project Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: Native proficiency in Vietnamese and professional proficiency in English.
- Go-to-Market Strategy (Expert): Can independently plan and execute strategies for launching products and enabling sales.
- Influence & Communication (Advanced): Can influence teams across different departments without being their direct manager and explain value clearly to clients.
- Business Acumen (Advanced): Deep understanding of how revenue is generated, how profit margins work, and the competitive landscape.
- Strategic Thinking (Advanced): Ability to look beyond daily tasks to design long-term solutions and systems that help the business grow.
