- Patient examination and consultation

+ Conducting physical examinations and taking medical histories

+ Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests including lab, ECG, and imaging results

+ Collect, record, and maintain patient information, such as medical history, reports, and examination results.

+ Diagnosing and treating common illnesses and injuries

+ Provide comprehensive health advice based on the patient’s situation through call

+ Prescribing and managing medications

+ Referring patients to specialists as needed

- Supervisor’s duties:

+ Lead and monitor the consultation team's performance and ensure its quality.

+ Support clinic staff, branch teams, and other doctors in their professional development by providing coaching and training.

+ Hold regular meetings with the team to discuss progress, identify areas for improvement, and ensure that all internal and external standards are being met.

- Coordinate with Laboratory and Medical Marketing team in building medical content

- Cooperate with Branch Operations department and Customer service department to improve service quality and customer satisfaction

- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; participating in professional organizations.
