We are on an ambitious journey to dominate not only Amazon‘s sporting goods market but also to enter new e-commerce markets from many regions like Canada, Europe, Japan. Besides, Home sporting goods, Furniture, Outdoor and Gardening are also great opportunities that we desire to occupy and create significant values. With our steady knowledge in E-commerce, Yes4All started to provide end-to-end ecommerce-enabler service in order to help Vietnamese and global manufacturers or struggling sellers bring their products to the US & International markets.

JOB PURPOSE: Yes4All is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Finance to lead the Finance team. This position will be responsible for overseeing Finance Business Partnering, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Investment Management, and Investor Relations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving financial strategy, ensuring sound financial management, and fostering positive relationships with key stakeholders.

I. JOB DESCRIPTIONS

1. Finance Business Partnering:

Collaborate with business units to understand their financial needs and provide strategic financial guidance.
Develop strong partnerships with operational leaders to enhance financial performance and drive business growth.
Analyze financial data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and cost optimization.

2. Finance Planning & Analysis:

Lead the FP&A function, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Provide insightful analysis of financial results to senior management, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
Work closely with department heads to develop and monitor departmental budgets.

3. Investment & Investor Relations:

Evaluate potential investment opportunities, conduct financial due diligence, and provide recommendations to senior management.
Develop financial models to assess the financial feasibility and potential returns on investment.
Monitor and report on the performance of existing investments.
Build and maintain positive relationships with current and potential investors.
Communicate the company's financial performance, strategy, and outlook to investors and analysts.
Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure accurate and timely communication of financial results.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

II. SKILL AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Professional certification such as CPA or CFA is highly desirable.
8+ years of progressive experience in similar roles, with a focus on Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Investment Management, and Investor Relations.
Proven track record of success in financial leadership positions, preferably within E-commerce, Retail, FMCG…
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels of the organization.
Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
